ACTIVITIES AT THE
CÉVENNES CAMPSITE
A CAMPSITE IN THE CÉVENNES FOR AN ACTIVE HOLIDAY
There is never a dull moment at Mas de la Cam campsite in the Cévennes, with activities for all ages including volleyball and tennis courts and a large 800m² multisport court. What’s more, the pétanque courts and table-tennis tables are lit up at night so you can play through the long, mild summer evenings in the Cévennes. Fishing enthusiasts will probably prefer the Gardon river for trout fishing at dawn or sunset (1st category rating). Once a week in July and August the restaurant-bar in the Wi-Fi area of the campsite puts on musical entertainment for the evening.
FUN FOR THE CHILDREN
Sports enthusiasts can discover the Cévennes on the many marked hiking trails, including the GR 70, better known as the Stevenson trail.
Every morning in the high season, we propose a programme for the little ones with outdoor games and handicraft workshops. It’s the ideal place for making new friends who you can catch up with later at the pool or in our new interactive playground.
SERVICES AND FACILITIES OPEN
We are delighted to welcome campers to Mas de la Cam campsite in the low season. The tennis court is free in the low season, and we organise regular bridge and pétanque tournaments from mid-May.
If you don’t have children and can take off when it suits you, there are many advantages in the low season. Discover the splendid colours of the natural flora in spring and early autumn on the 150 km of hiking trails in St-Jean-du-Gard.
Des services hors-saison
To ensure low-season campers enjoy the same quality services in the Gard, the restaurant opens from June to the 10th of September, and the bar and heated swimming pool are open from mid-May to mid-September.
